Terms of Use

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These terms describe how the writing checker tools on Admission Tests handle the essays and letters you submit, including if and how they may be published publicly.

Using the Writing Checker

Our writing checker tools let you paste an essay or letter and receive an AI-generated, examiner-style evaluation. Submitted text is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the evaluation and, separately, to classify the writing's topic and check whether it is safe to ever publish.

Public Gallery Consent

We may, in the future, publish an anonymized selection of submitted writings in a public gallery of example essays and letters, so that other users can learn from them. A writing will only ever be considered for publication if both of the following are true:

Limitations

Consent is captured at the moment you submit a writing and applies to that submission only — older submissions, made before this consent option existed, will never be published. At this time, there is no self-service way to withdraw consent for a submission after it has been given; contact us if you need a submission removed.

Changes to These Terms
